Evertune AI is hiring a Billing Specialist to support the growing finance function in our NYC office. You’ll own day‑to‑day invoicing, AR, collections, and some AP‑related work under the Controller, with a focus on accuracy and customer service in a fast‑moving startup.

This role is onsite in Flatiron, Tue–Thu, with clear opportunities to grow into broader accounting duties as the finance function scales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 0–3 years in billing, AR, AP, collections, or finance operations.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Professional, patient, and service‑oriented communication.
• Based in the NYC area and onsite Tue–Thu.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and manage customer invoices with high accuracy.
• Support usage‑based billing with data and pricing rules.
• Read contracts and apply billing terms.
• Own billing onboarding for new customers.
• Manage AR process including payment application and collections follow‑up.
• Produce weekly AR and collections reports.
