Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred.
• Two years’ experience in Accounts Receivable or related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Maintain control environment in accounting operations and updates.
• Prepare monthly billing for individuals served and month-end tasks.
• Process and post payments; maintain files on monthly invoices.
• Research and resolve discrepancies on billing authorizations and payers.
• Produce, distribute, and maintain AR reports for analysis.
• Prepare deposits, reconciliations, and cash applications; close AR sub-ledger to GL.
