FLORES is recruiting for an Accounts Receivable / Accounting Specialist to join its California landscaping and field services team. On-site, full-time hourly position.

You will support daily accounting operations, maintain customer accounts, and ensure timely billing and payments. Responsibilities include invoicing, processing payments and deposits, updating customer data, collections follow-up, reporting and reconciliation support, and collaborating with offices to keep records organized.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in accounts receivable, billing, or similar role.
• Invoicing, payment processing, and customer accounts experience.
• Proficient in Excel and basic accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.

Responsabilités

• Accounts Receivable & Billing: Prepare, review, and distribute customer invoices with accurate details and documentation.
• Payment Processing & Deposits: Process incoming payments, apply to accounts, assist with deposits, and maintain records.
• Customer Account Management: Maintain accurate customer information and billing documentation.
• Collections & Follow-Up: Monitor past-due balances and communicate professionally with customers.
• Reporting & Reconciliation Support: Maintain spreadsheets and assist with accounting reports and reconciliations.
• Administrative Support: Collaborate with teams to maintain organized records and efficient processes.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve billing accuracy and workflows.
