Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process check deposits and assign accounting codes; research incomplete documentation.
• Prepare and distribute monthly invoices for independent agents; generate billing reports.
• Maintain payment tracking registers and record payments in systems.
• Generate monthly income statements and recurring financial reports; reconcile records.
• Perform restitution audits and coordinate with courts/government agencies when needed.
