Job summary

The role includes general accounting, fixed assets, accounts payable, expense reimbursement and revenue accounting activities.

You will perform revenue-related postings, liaise with delinquent customers, and support monthly reconciliations and journal entries in a collaborative environment within the Finance

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs revenue accounting functions including posting payments and maintaining general ledger accounts related to revenue (accounts receivable).
• Contacts delinquent customers by phone to secure payments and assists with statements mailing and payments posting.
• Executes monthly account reconciliations and journal entries; supports department processes under supervision.
