Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage CFN and other company cards, issue replacements.
• Answer questions and resolve card issues.
• Produce and send customer statements; post receipts.
• Gather and update customer account information.
• Assist with credit applications by sending inquiries, including D&B reports.
• Set up new customers and locations in PDI.
• Manage house accounts; posting and collections.
• Prepare monthly statements and AR reports.
• Resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
