Responsibilities

• Process daily cash receipts and update the AR ledger by customer.
• Prepare and reconcile daily cash deposits and control sheets.
• Handle credit card deposits and maintain supporting documentation.
• Research and resolve customer payment discrepancies, chargebacks, and claims.
• Respond to AR inquiries and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Support filing, documentation, and special accounting projects.
