Job summary

Augeo is seeking an AR Accountant to generate sales orders and invoices, post cash receipts, and support collections and month-end close. You will maintain records and assist with daily accounting operations in a hybrid work environment.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of related experience, associates degree in accounting, and proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role emphasizes accuracy, communication, and collaborative teamwork within Augeo's inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel and MS Office applications.
• Experience handling billing, invoicing and month-end close.
• Able to communicate effectively with internal teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Compile and review billing information
• Create and review sales orders
• Monitor project invoicing cycle
• Create invoices
• Post cash receipts
• Client collections
• AR account and deposit reconciliations
• Respond to customer and internal inquiries; research discrepancies
• Generate accounting statements and reports
• Assist in month-end and year-end close
• General ledger review and reconciliations
• Other duties/projects as assigned
