Job summary

Augeo is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to manage end-to-end AP with accuracy and a focus on controls. This individual contributor role blends in-office collaboration with remote flexibility in a hybrid work model.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of AP/ accounting experience, strong GL, and vendor management skills, with proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel. Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounts payable or general accounting experience.
• Experience with high-volume invoice processing and multi-entity payments.
• Strong GL coding, accruals, and month-end close knowledge.
• Experience with 1099 reporting and W-9 compliance.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable from invoice receipt to payment.
• Resolve complex invoice discrepancies and vendor disputes.
• Handle domestic and international payments via multiple methods.
• Maintain vendor accounts and reconciliations; assist month-end close.
• Support audits and provide documentation as needed.
• Mentor junior staff on AP procedures.
