Responsibilities
Setting up new customer accounts.
Oversee account updates.
Contact customers to make account updates.
Process credit applications.
Match receivers with invoices.
Check invoices against purchase orders.
Issue checks to vendors and employees.
Skills
Knowledge of basic accounting
Knowledge of standard accounts receivable and accounts payable practices
Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel
Intermediate math skills
Ability to multi-task and stay organized
Good communication and customer service skills
Education
Associate's degree (or higher) in Accounting or related field
