Job summary

NIOX is seeking an Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Manager to oversee AR/AP and office administration from our Morrisville, NC office. You will manage the Finance Administrator and drive timely collections, payments, and reporting.

Under the Controller, you will develop KPIs, support cash flow forecasting and budgeting, and ensure accurate monthly management accounts while maintaining strong internal controls. A four-year accounting degree and SAP Business One experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in accounting is required or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Experience in managing and supervising others.
• Experience with SAP Business One is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processing and reporting.
• Line manage the Finance Administrator and supervise tasks.
• Manage vendor contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Support inventory, budget maintenance, and cash flow forecasting.
• Collaborate with auditors, tax advisors, and sales teams as needed.
