Qualifications

• 1+ years of combined accounts receivable and accounts payable experience.
• Comfortable with Office 365 and Adobe; able to manage physical document flow.
• High attention to accuracy in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Post and issue payments for payables across three entities and multiple offices.
• Post daily accounts receivable transactions and monitor past-due accounts.
• Manage collections communications with vendors, clients, and contractors.
• Handle deposits, references, and vendor documentation; respond to inquiries.
