Job summary

frontline network systems, inc. is seeking an accountant to manage accounts receivable and payable, process registrations and reports, and support monthly financial activities. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and strong organizational skills.

The salary range for this position is $50,000-$65,000 yearly, emphasizing qualifications and experience. Full-time employees receive comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(K), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Bilingual in English and Korean preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable (A/R) and accounts payable (A/P) functions.
• Process expense reports, vendor registrations, and customer registrations.
• Support monthly financial closing activities.
• Monitor and manage A/P and A/R aging reports.
• Maintain and compile operational records including customer/vendor profiles.
