Job summary

Kids Center for Pediatric Therapies is seeking an AR/AP Associate to support accounts receivable, revenue cycle, and accounts payable in a nonprofit outpatient setting. The role emphasizes accurate billing, vendor payments, and reporting while engaging with families on billing inquiries.

The position is full-time, exempt, with benefits including PTO, holidays, health insurance, and a 401(k) with a 3% annual contribution. Experience with Medicaid and EMR systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in healthcare accounts receivable, medical billing, or revenue cycle.
• Experience with Medicaid, managed care organizations, and commercial insurers.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records systems and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to explore AI-driven tools and automation.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and revenue cycle activities.
• Verify insurance and prepare aging reports; assist collections.
• Serve as family billing inquiries point of contact.
• Process vendor invoices and support accounts payable function.
• Support month-end close and financial reporting.
