Job summary

Care Options For Kids seeks a Senior Associate, Revenue Cycle in Denver. The role leads complex RCM issues, owns resolution strategies, and supports access to care with high collection rates.

Responsibilities include authorization, billing, cash posting, and revenue cycle operations, while collaborating with clinical and technical teams to improve outcomes. This is a hybrid/remote position focused on remote-ready performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management.
• Demonstrated success resolving complex RCM issues independently.
• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with EMR systems, payer portals, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience working with MCOs and understanding payer policies, coding, and reimbursement methods.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; able to de-escalate sensitive issues.

Responsibilities

• Authorization Services: verify insurance benefits, coordinate benefits, and obtain authorizations for ongoing services.
• Billing/Accounts Receivable: submit bills timely, manage denied claims and A/R across payers.
• Cash Services: enter payments/adjustments in EMR, reconcile deposits, monitor mispaid claims.
• Revenue Cycle Operations: provide technical and business support to scale and control processes.
