Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of accounting experience in AR or AP.
• Strong Excel skills and ERP/accounting software experience.
• Ability to reconcile balances and research discrepancies.
• Ability to work independently and with a team in finance processes.
• Good communication and data accuracy in English.

Responsibilities

• Daily processing of cash receipts and posting to customer accounts.
• Prepare and post invoices, and perform daily invoice adjustments.
• Reconcile cash receipts and prepare journal entries.
• Run reports and support month-end close processes.
• Assist with accounts payable activities; match invoices and post to GL.
• Support ad hoc financial projects as needed.
