Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 2+ years of experience in an accounts receivable function.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; Excel skills required.
• Accounts Receivable experience in advertising/media/entertainment.
• International AR experience preferred.
• Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail-oriented with a high sense of urgency.
• Proactive, self-directed and able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Handle global invoicing to ensure timely, accurate billing.
• Collaborate with Business Solutions, Operations and Accounting to improve billing processes.
• Investigate, document and resolve AR billing issues.
• Support AR Leads on billing-related issues and monthly close tasks.
• Perform daily cash application and monthly billing reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end AR reconciliations and audit support.
• Communicate with customers to clarify invoicing data.
