Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with AR and GL.
• Strong AR aging analysis and unidentified deposits handling.
• Experience reconciling subledger balances to GL and researching root causes.
• Experience coordinating with offshore accounting teams.

Aufgaben

• Oversee review-level AR activities performed by offshore team.
• Review AR aging reports and monitor balances (31–121 days).
• Investigate discrepancies between AR aging, subledger, and GL.
• Ensure AR balances tie to GL and resolve discrepancies.
• Review customer-level activity and coordinate with collections to resolve balances.
• Maintain understanding of AR lifecycle and impact on GL.
• Ensure AR-related GL accounts are properly classified for month-end close.
