Job summary

LHH Recruitment is partnering with a growing property management company in Chandler, AZ to hire a Staff Accountant specializing in accounts receivable. This onsite role focuses on daily AR activities, invoicing, posting payments, and AR reconciliations.

The ideal candidate will have AR experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with property management accounting. Bachelor’s degree preferred; Yardi experience a plus. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Previous accounts receivable/accounting experience a MUST!
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Property management or real estate accounting experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounts receivable activities
• Process and post payments accurately
• Prepare and send invoices and statements
• Reconcile AR accounts and research discrepancies
• Monitor outstanding balances and assist with collections
• Maintain accurate customer and account records
• Prepare AR reports and assist with month-end close
• Communicate with tenants, clients, and internal teams regarding account questions
