Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Gaithersburg, MD is seeking an Aquatics Swim Instructor to help adults and children improve their swimming and learn life skills. You will evaluate swimming ability to assign levels and maintain the cleanliness of the Aquatics facilities.

You will instruct swim lessons and Aquatics events, respond to member questions, and promote all Aquatics programs while ensuring a safe pool area. This hourly role offers benefits with Life Time membership eligibility.

Qualifications

• Working towards a High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to swim 25 yards/meters without stopping.
• Ability to communicate with guests about Life Time products and services.
• Willingness to pass Life Time courses upon hire.
• Ability to bend and lift up to 20 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Instructs swimming lessons and Aquatics events.
• Responds to member questions, comments, and concerns.
• Maintains a safe, clean and organized pool area.
• Promotes and sells all Aquatics programs and services.
