Job summary

Life Time is seeking an Aquatics Supervisor to help members improve their swimming in our state-of-the-art pools, indoors and out. You will assist in managing and training Aquatics Team Members and provide excellent customer service while keeping facilities clean and orderly.

Responsibilities include ensuring a safe, friendly environment, responding to member questions on Life Time programs, and promoting the Life Time swim program. Prior lifeguard/coaching experience is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for extended periods.
• Communicate effectively with guests about Life Time products and services.
• Swim 300 yards/meters without stopping and handle pool tasks safely.
• Bend to raise 20 lbs and lift more; tread water for 1 minute and retrieve objects.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Aquatics Team Members provide a safe and friendly environment.
• Responds to member inquiries about Life Time programs, products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Ensures we offer the highest level of programming.
• Promotes Life Time swim program.
