Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking an Aquatics Supervisor to help members improve their swimming in our state-of-the-art pools, indoors and out. You will manage and train Aquatics Team Members while delivering excellent service and keeping facilities clean and safe.

Required are lifeguard and coaching experience, ability to swim 300 yards, tread water, and lift light to moderate weight. This on-site, full-time role starts at $17.75/hr and can go up to $21.25/hr based on experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 6 months of customer service experience.
• 1 year coaching and/or swim instructor experience.
• 1 year of lifeguarding experience.
• 6 months of head guard or supervising experience.
• StarGuardElite Lifeguard, BLS CPR, and First Aid Certified (or bridge to StarGuard when current certification expires or within 1st year, whichever is first). For Canada, Lifesaving Society Lifeguard certification and Standard FA with CPR C.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Aquatics Team Members offer a safe and friendly environment for all members and guests.
• Responds to Member inquiries about Life Time programs, products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Ensures we have the highest level of programming.
• Promotes Life Time swim program.
