Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Flower Mound, TX is seeking an Aquatics Supervisor to manage and train the Aquatics Team, while helping members improve swimming in our indoor and outdoor pools, and ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming facility.

You will engage with members, uphold high programming standards, and promote Life Time swim programs, with a focus on safety, customer service, and leadership in a fast-paced health club environment.

Qualifications

• Able to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods.
• Able to communicate with guests about Life Time products and services.
• Able to swim 300 yards/meters without stopping.
• Able to routinely bend to raise 20 lbs or less and occasionally bend to lift more than 20lbs.
• Able to tread water for 1 minute.
• Able to swim, retrieve a 10 lb diving brick from the bottom of the pool and swim the brick to the top without stopping.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Aquatics Team Members offer a safe and friendly environment for all members and guests.
• Responds to Member inquiries about Life Time programs, products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Ensures we have the highest level of programming.
• Promotes Life Time swim program
