Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking an Aquatics Supervisor to lead our team across indoor and outdoor pools, ensuring top-tier member service and safety. You will train Aquatics Team Members, coordinate programming, and maintain clean, safe facilities while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires lifeguard certification, the ability to swim 300 yards, and the ability to lift 20 lbs; prior coaching or supervisory experience is preferred. This is a full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• Must be able to swim 300 yards/meters without stopping.
• Must be able to lift 20 lbs and tread water for 1 minute.
• Experience in customer service and coaching or swim instruction.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Aquatics Team Members offer a safe and friendly environment for all members and guests.
• Responds to member inquiries about Life Time programs, products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Ensures we have the highest level of programming.
• Promotes Life Time swim program.
