Job summary

Life Time is seeking an Aquatics Supervisor to oversee the aquatics team, ensure safety, and deliver excellent member service. The role supports both indoor and outdoor pools and requires leadership in training staff and managing daily operations.

You will work in a fast-paced club environment, coordinate programming, respond to member inquiries, and help maintain top-tier facilities. Previous lifeguarding and coaching experience is essential.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service experience
• 1 year coaching and/or swim instructor experience
• 1 year of lifeguarding experience
• 6 months of head guard or supervising experience

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, friendly environment for all members
• Assist in managing and training Aquatics Department Team Members
• Respond to member inquiries about Life Time programs, products, services, and policies
• Promote Life Time swim programs
