Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking an Aquatics Supervisor to lead and train Aquatics Department Team Members across indoor and outdoor pools, ensuring safety and excellent member service.

The role involves coordinating programming and supporting staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and order in the Aquatics Facilities. Candidates should have lifeguard certification and coaching/instruction experience, plus strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must pass Life Time courses when hired.
• Ability to swim 300 yards/meters without stopping.
• Tread water for 1 minute.
• Able to repeatedly bend to lift 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Aquatics Team Members to ensure a safe and friendly environment for all members.
• Respond to member inquiries about Life Time programs, products, services, policies and procedures in a professional manner.
• Maintain the highest level of programming and promote Life Time swim programs.
• Assist in training and developing Aquatics Department staff.
