Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking an Aquatics Supervisor to lead our Aquatics Department in a fast-paced club environment. You will help members improve their swimming in our state‑of‑the‑art pools, indoors and out, while training and managing Aquatics Team Members.

Responsibilities include ensuring safety, delivering top programming, and driving member engagement. Candidates should have Lifeguard certification, coaching or swim instruction experience, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Pass Life Time courses when hired.
• Must be able to communicate with guests about Life Time products and services.
• Ability to swim 300 yards/meters without stopping.
• Ability to tread water for 1 minute.
• Able to lift 20 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Aquatics Team Members provide a safe and friendly environment.
• Respond to member inquiries regarding Life Time programs, products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain highest level of programming.
• Promote Life Time swim program.
