Life Time Inc. is seeking an Aquatics Supervisor to lead and train the Aquatics Team, ensuring top-tier customer service and safe facilities across indoor and outdoor pools. You will support members in improving swimming skills and uphold cleanliness and order of Aquatics facilities.

The role emphasizes staff development, safety protocols, and delivering engaging programming for members and guests in a fast-paced club environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to swim 300 yards without stopping.
• Lifeguard certification and CPR/First Aid training as required (or bridge to StarGuard).
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Aquatics Team Members offer a safe and friendly environment for all members and guests.
• Responds to Member inquiries about Life Time programs, products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Ensures we have the highest level of programming.
• Promotes Life Time swim program.
