Job summary

Life Time is seeking an Aquatics Supervisor to lead a fast-paced team across indoor and outdoor pools. You will train Aquatics Team Members, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain clean, orderly facilities for members and guests.

You will ensure safe operations, respond to member inquiries about programs and policies, and promote Life Time’s swim offerings while upholding high programming standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months customer service experience.
• 1 year coaching and/or swim instructor experience.
• 1 year lifeguarding experience.
• 6 months head guard or supervising experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Aquatics Team Members offer a safe and friendly environment for all members and guests.
• Responds to Member inquiries about Life Time programs, products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Ensures we have the highest level of programming.
• Promotes Life Time swim program.
