Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking an Aquatics Supervisor to lead our team across indoor and outdoor pools, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and top-notch member experiences. You will train Aquatics Team Members and guide them in delivering program excellence while maintaining a high standard of service.

The role emphasizes coaching, lifeguarding, and customer interactions, with ongoing professional development and a focus on program quality. It is an on-site hourly position, with competitive starting wages.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods.
• Ability to communicate and exchange information with guests about Life Time products and services.
• Ability to swim 300 yards/meters without stopping.
• Ability to tread water for 1 minute and retrieve a 10 lb diving brick from the pool bottom.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Aquatics Team Members offer a safe and friendly environment for all members and guests.
• Responds to Member inquiries about Life Time programs, products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Ensures we have the highest level of programming.
• Promotes Life Time swim program.
