Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking an Aquatics Supervisor to lead, train, and support the Aquatics Team across indoor and outdoor pools. You will ensure safety, deliver outstanding guest service, and maintain clean, orderly facilities.

You will coach staff, respond to member inquiries about programs and policies, and promote Life Time swim offerings while delivering a top-tier aquatic experience for members and guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
• 1 year coaching and/or swim instructor experience.
• 1 year of lifeguarding experience.
• 6 months of head guard or supervising experience.
• StarGuardElite Lifeguard and CPR/First Aid certifications if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Aquatics Team Members offer a safe and friendly environment for all members and guests.
• Responds to Member inquiries about Life Time programs, products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Ensures we have the highest level of programming.
• Promotes Life Time swim program.
