Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Centennial, CO seeks an Aquatics Supervisor to lead our aquatic team, ensure a safe, friendly environment, and deliver high‑quality programming for indoor and outdoor pools.

You will train team members and assist members with service. This full‑time role requires Lifeguard certifications, coaching/swim instruction experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to swim 300 yards, tread water, and lift 20 lb.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate and exchange information with guests
• Ability to swim 300 yards/meters without stopping
• Ability to tread water for 1 minute
• Ability to lift 20 lbs frequently
• Lifeguard and coaching experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensures Aquatics Team Members offer a safe and friendly environment for all members and guests
• Responds to Member inquiries about Life Time programs, products, services, policies, and procedures
• Ensures we have the highest level of programming
• Promotes Life Time swim program
