Job summary

Qualifications

• Complete Life Time courses when hired.
• Able to stand stationary and move around the club for prolonged periods.
• Able to communicate with guests about Life Time products and services.
• Swim 300 yards/meters without stopping.
• Tread water for 1 minute.
• Lift 20 lbs routinely and repetitively.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Aquatics Team Members provide a safe and friendly environment.
• Respond to member inquiries regarding Life Time programs, products, services, policies and procedures.
• Maintain the highest level of programming for the aquatics facilities.
• Promote Life Time swim programs.
