The Aquatics Staff II is responsible for instructing swim lessons within Franciscan Health following the American Red Cross curriculum. This position develops, instructs, and monitors members in individual swimming programs, and adapts teachings when necessary.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Provide lifeguard surveillance and rescue techniques, and assist WSI with tasks, including accident prevention and rendering water safety services, as necessary.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of pool patrons by documenting, observing and enforcing all pool rules and regulations during swim lessons and Family Hours.
• Equipment maintenance and repair.

QUALIFICATIONS
