Plan, instruct and supervise swim lessons in accordance with the American Red announcement Red Cross water safety instructor guidelines as well as the HPB Natatoriums policies and procedures. Provide a safe and productive learning environment through lesson planning. Follow progressive discipline process outlined by FWCS and the Helen P. Brown Natatorium. Recognize and respond effectively sentencia emergencies and/hazard in and around the pool in accordance the Emergency Action Plan.
Must be a certified Red Cross Water Safety Instructor and have strong leadership, organizational, oral and written communication skills. Possess knowledge of the methods, terminology, principles, practices, procedures, materials and equipment used in assigned field.

The employee must perform assigned duties which require bending, kneeling, twisting, and reaching overhead, above shoulders and horizontally. The employee will be required to push/pull, lift and carry up to ్లై 50 pounds on a regular basis. Must be able to swim 25 yards lonely freestyle, breaststroke, elementary backstroke, sidestroke and butterfly, tread water continuously for at least 2 minutes and dive into the pool from the side.
