Job summary

Army Non-Appropriated Funds (NAF) seeks an experienced supervisor to manage aquatic programs at Fort Sill. The role directs programs under the Director of Fitness and Athletics and builds schedules, staff, and safety protocols.

Responsibilities include planning recurring and special aquatic, fitness, instructional, and community programs; developing certification curricula; and coordinating budgets with the Director to ensure execution rates meet goals.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in planning, organizing, coordinating, supervising, administering and executing aquatic programs.
• Possession of required lifeguard and aquatic certifications as listed.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and manages aquatic programs under direction from the Director of Fitness and Athletics.
• Plans and coordinates details for recurring and nonrecurring aquatic, fitness, instructional and joint community programs.
• Plans and establishes aquatic certification curriculum including lifeguard/instructor licenses and other safety courses.
• Reviews budget execution reports with the Director to ensure targets are met.
• Prepares annual, quarterly and monthly budget input including updates and special funding requests.
