Job summary

Army NAF seeks a swim instructor to develop and adapt programs by student ability, teach all ages from infants to adults, and introduce safety and survival skills as appropriate. Instructors work with lifeguards to keep lessons safe.

Resumes should be two pages max; required certifications include Water Safety Instructor, CPR, First Aid; lifeguard certification is highly desirable. You must be able to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must hold Water Safety Instructor Certification.
• CPR certification required.
• First Aid certification required.
• Lifeguard certification highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develops swim program according to students' ability and promotes students to higher level of swimming according to their skills.
• Teach students from age groups of infant through adults.
• Introduces and instructs safety and survival skills to students, when appropriate to level of instruction.
• Instructors work with lifeguards to ensure that swim lessons are safe at all times.
