• Plans and directs an expanding and flexible program of activities including aquatics for all segments and ages.
• Interviews, selects, and schedules instructors/volunteers; provides training and direction.
• Supervises, directs, and evaluates staff; handles payroll and instructor contracts.
• Oversees collection and accounting of fees for aquatic programs and facilities.
• Prepares reports, activity analyses, brochures, and submits area budget.
• Inspects equipment and facilities for safety; promotes programs to generate participation.
• Develops aquatic programs; plans beach or facility activities; handles complaints and customer service.
