Job summary

The City of Baltimore is seeking an Aquatic Center Director to plan, coordinate, and implement aquatics recreation programs, overseeing both full-time and part-time staff and instructors.

A bachelor's degree in recreation, recreation administration, physical education, or related field is required, with two years' experience in lifeguard, pool operation, pool management, or aquatic training. Certifications such as Lifeguard, Lifeguard Instructor, Water Safety Instructor, and CPO are preferred.
