Job summary

British Swim School seeks an Aquatics Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the aquatics program and customer service interactions. You will ensure the program is delivered per brand and safety standards, manage the instructor team, and coordinate training and development.

You may also teach lessons as needed. The role emphasizes certifications tracking, staffing schedules, and delivering exceptional service to families in the community.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, onboard, and manage employees to maintain smooth daily aquatics and service operations.
• Creation of employee schedules, and pool lesson schedules.
• Address and document employee, customer, and pool incidents that occur.
• Teach and lead swimming lessons as needed.
