Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff recruitment, hiring, training and scheduling.
• Conduct training and in-service sessions for Aquatics staff.
• Develop and monitor waterpark programming and schedules.
• Assign responsibilities and authority for department operations.
• Ensure lifeguard certifications are current for all guards.
• Direct implementation of department policies and procedures.
• Analyze utilization data and other inputs for planning.

Pay: $60000 per year - $60000 per yearAt Great Wolf, the Aquatics Manager is responsible for the safe and efficient management of aquatic operations and programs, maintenance and upkeep of the swimming pool facility, and supervision of aquatics staff. The range listed is just one component of Great Wolf’s total compensation package.
