Great Wolf Lodge in Manteca, CA is seeking an Aquatics Supervisor to lead our lifeguard team and ensure guest safety and an exceptional waterpark experience. You will train, supervise, and coordinate lifeguards in your area, enforce park rules, and model professional conduct.
This role requires at least a high school diploma, CPR/First Aid and Ellis & Associates lifeguard training, with 2+ years of aquatics experience. Competitive pay at $22 per hour, plus benefits and flexible scheduling.

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
