Job Title: Aquatics Manager

The Wilfred R.. Cameron Wellness Center is seeking a Full-Time Aquatics Manager to lead our swim programs, manage aquatics staff, and oversee facility operations.

This is a full-time salaried position that offers benefits including PTO, sick and holiday time, 401K, educational opportunities, and varied hours.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Recruiting, hiring, and training aquatics staff
2. Managing budgeting, payroll, and scheduling
3. Developing programs, workshops, and events for members
4. Ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained facility
5. Leading monthly staff meetings and performance reviews
6. Handling offsite client rentals and agreements
7. Providing support, guidance, and excellent service to members
