About the Role

Make a Splash as an Aquatics Manager at British Swim School. The Aquatics Manager is responsible for day‑to‑day operations of the aquatics program and customer service interactions. Responsibilities include ensuring the British Swim School program is delivered according to brand and safety standards, managing the instructor team and training, interacting with customers, and teaching lessons.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Aquatics program in a specific pool location or region of pools.
• Train and manage a team of Swim instructors to ensure delivery according to brand and safety standards.
• Interact with customers on the pool deck during lessons.
• Set up and tear down the pool deck before and after lessons.
• Teach students (as young as 3 months) and adults how to swim using the proven, gentle, and engaging methods.
• Maintain inventory at a particular pool location.

Qualifications

• Active lifeguard certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Competitive swimming, lifeguarding, or water sports background.
• Ability to be on your feet in the pool for 4 hours at a time and occasionally assist in lifting children.
• A passion for working with kids.
• High school diploma (or in progress).
