Job summary

Life Time seeks an Aquatics Lifeguard to ensure safety across indoor and outdoor pools, monitor decks, and assist with aquatics events such as Dive in Movies and Poolapalooza. This role emphasizes safety-mindedness and customer service in a fast-paced club environment.

Qualifications

• Lifeguard certification (StarGuard Elite) with BLS CPR and First Aid.
• Ability to communicate with members and guests.
• Ability to swim 300 yards/meters non-stop and tread water for 1 minute.

Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with Members.
• Rescues swimmers in danger and administers first aid.
• Monitors pool areas and educates on safety around water activities.
• Keeps pool area clean and orderly for safety.
