Job summary

Life Time is seeking an Aquatics Lifeguard to monitor pool areas, assist members, and uphold safety standards across indoor and outdoor facilities. You will supervise water slides and support aquatics events such as Dive in Movies and Poolapalooza.

The role requires endurance, strong customer service skills, and lifeguard certifications. This position is on-site at Life Time facilities and offers a dynamic, safety-focused work environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold StarGuard Elite Lifeguard certification or be eligible to bridge to StarGuard within 1 year
• BLS CPR and First Aid certification required
• Ability to swim 300 yards/meters without stopping
• Ability to tread water for 1 minute and lift 20 lbs repeatedly

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage Members and guests
• Rescue swimmers in danger and administer first aid when needed
• Monitor pool deck and enforce safety around water slides
• Maintain a clean, orderly pool area to ensure member safety
