Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Alpharetta, GA is seeking an Aquatics Lifeguard who combines safety-mindedness with strong customer service to oversee our indoor and outdoor pools and water features.

You will monitor the pool deck, assist with aquatics events, rescue swimmers in danger, and ensure guests understand safety rules while delivering an excellent guest experience. Lifeguard certification is required or in progress.

Qualifications

• Working towards a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be StarGuard Elite Lifeguard, BLS CPR, and First Aid Certified.
• Ability to swim 300 yards/meters without stopping.
• Ability to tread water for 1 minute.
• Ability to lift or carry more than 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with Members.
• Rescues swimmers in danger of drowning and administers first aid.
• Ensures swimmers are aware of potentially dangerous swim areas and activities.
• Keeps the pool area clean and orderly to ensure safety.
