Life Time Inc. is seeking an Aquatics Lifeguard to ensure safety and deliver excellent member service across indoor and outdoor pools. You will monitor deck areas, assist with aquatics events, and support overall pool safety during busy hours.

The role requires ongoing lifeguard certification, CPR/First Aid, and the ability to swim 300 yards with endurance. A strong customer-service mindset and teamwork are essential for success at Life Time locations.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a High School Diploma or GED.
• Lifeguard certification (StarGuard Elite) and CPR/First Aid required or bridging to certification within 1 year.
• Ability to swim 300 yards/meters and tread water for 1 minute.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with Members.
• Rescue swimmers in danger and administer first aid.
• Monitor pool areas and enforce safety rules.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the pool deck.
