Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Minnesota is seeking an Aquatics Lifeguard to uphold safety and provide exceptional guest service in both indoor and outdoor pools.

You will monitor the deck, prevent incidents, and assist with aquatic events such as Dive in Movies and Poolapalooza, ensuring a positive experience for Members. Qualifications include High School Diploma or GED, StarGuard Elite Lifeguard, BLS CPR, and First Aid certification, plus strong swimming ability and effective communication with guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• StarGuard Elite Lifeguard, BLS CPR, and First Aid certification required (or bridge to StarGuard when current certification expires or within 1st year).
• Ability to swim 300 yards/meters without stopping.
• Ability to communicate with guests about Life Time products and services.

Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with Members
• Rescues swimmers in danger of drowning and administers first aid
• Ensures swimmers are aware of potentially dangerous swim areas and activities
• Keeps the pool area clean and orderly to ensure the safety of the Members
