Job summary

Life Time is seeking an Aquatics Lifeguard to ensure safety and deliver friendly service to Members at our indoor/outdoor pools in Savage, MN. You will monitor the deck, assist with events like Dive in Movies, and respond quickly to emergencies to protect guests.

The role requires lifeguard certification, CPR/First Aid, and the ability to swim and react swiftly. Experience in customer service is valued and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Working toward a HS diploma or GED.
• StarGuard Elite Lifeguard, BLS CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Ability to work in a stationary position and move around the club for long periods.
• Ability to swim 300 yards/meters without stopping and tread water for 1 minute.
• Communication with guests about Life Time products and services.

Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with Members.
• Rescues swimmers in danger and administers first aid.
• Ensures swimmers are aware of potentially dangerous areas.
• Keeps the pool area clean and orderly to ensure safety.
